To ensure a smooth setup of all exhibitor and exhibition booths as well as all technology tests, the event ship will be available to us free of charge on THURSDAY, May 4, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., before the conference starts with the first evening of Thursday from 6:00 p.m. of the VIP Gala Event.

We therefore strongly recommend that all partners, exhibitors and sponsors arrive as early as Thursday and take their time to familiarize themselves with the ship, the space and the exhibition. The half-hour time frame on Friday or Saturday morning between 09:00 and 09:30 for check-in and set-up is very tight. Please do yourself and us a favor and prepare the bulk of the exhibit directly on the ship on Thursday. Dismantling, on the other hand, will begin on the last day of the event immediately after the last panel discussion at 21:00 and will end at 22:00. All external equipment and booths must be removed from the ship by then.

The ship will be available for boarding on Friday, 05.05.2023 from 09.30 hrs onwards on Cologne’s Altstadtufer. The program on the ship will start from about 10 am. The ship can be boarded all day on Friday and can also be left in advance at any time, as it will remain anchored in Cologne’s Altstadtufer. The ship will depart on Saturday, 06.05.2023. To avoid anyone arriving late on Saturday morning and missing the ship, the ship will depart a little later, around 11:00, after the program has already started, and will then travel for about 10 hours on the Rhine from Cologne to Düsseldorf and back. Every ticket holder must therefore be accredited and on board by 11:00 a.m. at the latest, as the ship will then depart. The ship will not stop in between, but will turn around upon arrival in Düsseldorf and slowly sail back, arriving back at the Cologne jetty at around 21:00. The program will continue after the ship docks in Cologne and dismantles at another venue with the official after-party near the Cologne Cathedral called Domhof.

For the physical well-being on board, a balanced menu is offered for all guests, including options for vegetarians, vegans as well as a BBQ (if possible). The catering offer is provided by the ship’s crew and can be ordered and paid for by each visitor as an individual à la carte offer on site. The menu offer is also available via our Event App (downloadable in Google Play Store or iOS App Store).

All VIP ticket holders as well as speakers, partners and exhibitors will also be provided with a varied included catering and warm buffet all day in the VIP area, including all meals and drinks in the VIP area.

All our guests, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, media partners and organizers can use the talque app to network with each other, view the agenda, select and even upload their presentations. The app will soon be available as a central point of the conference where attendees can chat with each other, make appointments, book meetings and participate in Q&A sessions, discussions and interviews.

The event team recommends downloading the talque app, assigning the company profile and joining the onboarding process to find exciting new contacts and set up meetings, interviews and more. The app also allows participants to see each other’s interests, browse the job board and vote on important questions. You can even use the app to participate in live polls and ask questions from the audience.

All of our partners and guests must be properly registered, including sending the names and email addresses of colleagues who have not purchased tickets themselves but have been collectively ordered. Management needs the working email address of each attendee to invite them to the Talque app.

You will soon be able to log into our event app talque and will soon receive a separate email with the registration process for it. However, download the talque app from the official Apple App Store and Google Play Store now to be prepared when the final launch happens.
