Where will the event take place?

The event will take place in Cologne on the MS RheinEnergie event ship. You will receive detailed information about the event location in an email after ordering, which summarizes all important information.

Do I have to attend all three days?

No, all 3 event days can be booked and attended individually from each other, the main event takes place on the last day on the moving ship and can be booked with the Standard Ticket. The 2-day VIP Lite Ticket also includes the Speaker Pre Event on the second event day on the ship and subsequent VIP Networking in the evening, the full package is available with the VIP Full Access Ticket, which includes both event days on the ship and the exclusive VIP Gala on the first day in a VIP location, including catering on all 3 days.

How do I register for the event as a press representative?

I bought a ticket for the 2022 event, now the event has been postponed to 2023. Do I need a new ticket?

No, all previously purchased tickets for Cruise 2022 will of course remain valid for 2023 – regardless of the date they were issued for.

I have purchased a lower ticket category (e.g. Virtual Ticket), but now I would like to upgrade to a higher ticket category. Is this possible?

Yes, ticket upgrades to higher categories are possible at any time (subject to availability). Simply send us your upgrade request by email to ticket(at)crypto-rockstars.com .We will check the availability and if possible, you will receive a corrected invoice with which you can pay the difference to the ticket upgrade.
